As promised your board has decide to re-open the clubhouse on April 3rd for group events.

While many of us have received the Corona shots, we are going to limit free access for now and will give the combination to the various group leaders.  Group leaders please contact any of the Grace directors to get the code. This will allow us to more easily monitor when the clubhouse is being used to ensure we can keep it clean and sanitized after each use. The code will be set this week. Please do not share the code with others at this time.

We encourage that when used by a group that common sense and caution are exercised until we get an “all clear” from the powers that be—such as the CDC and state agencies. 

Mask usage will be an individual decision, however we’d like to suggest maintaining social distancing inside the clubhouse. It is our judgement that up to 20 people can safely be in the clubhouse and maintain social distancing.

We ask the various group leaders to unlock the door when arriving and to again secure the door after your event as you leave. If you don’t know how to do that please contact Augie Olsen or Steve McMullan.  When you have an event planned you can also contact Augie who can remotely access and reset the Heat/AC so the clubhouse will be comfortable. You can also do this yourself at the Thermostat. Augie will reset Heating and Cooling remotely to 62 degrees heating and 80 degrees cooling and ensure all lights are off after your event.
