– obtain an ACH form from Tolley (or download it here) and send with a voided check for automatic monthly draft from your account – free
– send in a monthly check for the cost of postage
– set up an E Check directly on tolley website – this will cost you $1.99 monthly
– pay by credit card – this will cost you $5.99 monthly
