We had over 30 homeowners attend our 1st annual Grace HOA meeting. Each committee head gave a brief overview of what their committee has accomplished this year and what’s planned for next year. There were a few decisions made today via vote:-

  • MUST ministry barrel is now located inside the clubhouse.
  • An architectural review is still required even if another neighbor has had a similar upgrade approved- the cost for an architectural review has been reduced to $10.00 instead of $40.00.
  • Pat davis is available to receive a family contact number in the event of an emergency.  This will not be published to the neighborhood.
  • We will not place house numbers on columns but we’re investigating possibility of replacing the existing house numbers with something that stands out better.More to come on that.
