As you know, RGS put in new drains in an attempt to stop the runoff occurring in the dog park. In December we had several days of hard rain which caused the mulch to be washed down the hill again. We have had RGS out to determine if we had new problems. They checked the drains, fixed the mulch and felt it was caused by the unusual rains that we had. We will continue to monitor the dog park to make sure the fix that was installed works as expected.
