SUMMERTIME IS HERE AND HERE ARE SOME COVENANT REMINDERS FOR OUR COMMUNITY
- The number of potted plants and hanging plants that are allowed for the front of your home and the driveway are 5. Maximum of 3 hanging plants are part of the 5.
- Artificial plants in the planting area and/or yard are prohibited.
- No exterior signs or artwork are allowed to be hung on the front of your home.
- Tin ornaments are not allowed in the planting areas or yards. Approved for backyard use only.
- Garage doors should remain closed unless the garage is in use. In the summer, garage doors can have an adequate crack to help with ventilation.
- Side yards by the front of your house cannot have bird-feeders, or sculptures.
- Flowerpots on front porched must have living well-maintained flowers.
- Only 1 ornamental item is allowed on your front porch (remember none in the pine straw).
- Please remember, you must get authorization for any outside changes; to include plantings, staining, painting, structures, or additions to your home—with the exception of annual plants only.
