Grace subdivision continues to look beautiful!!

To keep it that way, there are a few violations that need to be addressed.

  • We are only allowed 5 flower pots on our front porch and driveway. 
  • Hanging plants count toward the 5 total. 
  • Empty pots are not allowed.
  • Plants must not be taller than 48″ (including the height of the pot).
  • Front porches and driveway should be cleared of clutter.
  • One aesthetically pleasing yard ornament, statue or small fountain is allowed along with your chairs and outside table
  • Garage doors need to remain closed when youre not working in your garage. They can be open a few inches for ventilation.
