There are 2 positions on the HOA board that need to be considered at our annual meeting in October. These are the positions of President And Vice President.

If you are interested, Tolley will be sending out an EBLAST to the neighborhood with the forms required to run for these positions. These positions both go for a 2 year period before the next election.

The primary purpose of the board is to establish the budget, determine community upgrades needed, review vendor contracts, work with Tolley on covenant violations, and hold community and finance meetings.

We hope you will consider volunteering for these positions.

Oh and the pay is GREAT!!!!!! (1)

(1) The pay is great in the sense that inflation will have no effect on the purchasing power of your salary as a board member.
