The best way to ensure your issues are heard is first, write down your concerns and put your note in the secure box at the clubhouse. Please be sure to put your name on it so we know who to respond to. Secondly, send an email to the board ([email protected])or a phone call to a board member. This will help us track and respond to any issues.

Updates from the board will continue to come through occasional emails, and the weekly newsletter—which mirrors posts on the website. For those of you who don’t use the internet on a regular basis, the new bulletin board at the clubhouse will have items from the newsletter, so don’t forget to check it when you get your mail.

As a reminder, our FaceBook page is a private group for residents only—for friendly communication between homeowners and neighbors in Grace. Since the contents of the private group is not monitored by the board, it is not a vehicle to post HOA issues or concerns.
