Neighbors,
A careless driver once again damaged our community property. See photo below.
This time, fortunately, an alert neighbor saw what happened and contacted the responsible party. They claim they will repair the damage soon. Your Board will see that they do.
We have experienced damage like this before. It costs real money from our community budget to repair each of these careless events. We all have better ideas for where to spend our money than on sprinklers and turf.
Please continue to be alert to traffic that does not live here. If you see someone driving or parking off the roadway, tell them to move if you can. Take down a license number if you can. If you have a phone with you at the time, take a picture. And a HUGE THANK YOU for our alert neighbor this time.
