Everyone please remember to be sure all trash is in a secure bag in your trash cans. Thursday morning there was some loose trash on the street that was very unsightly. It could have happened when the trash men dumped it into the truck also, but we must be sure we have secured the bags so that doesn’t happen.
This is a reminder we all live in a covenant-controlled community. The board is tasked with enforcing those covenants, as unpleasant as it may be, but it is for the protection of all of our property values. Your board suggests everyone familiarize yourself with them so there are no problems when you are asked to comply with covenants that we all received when we bought our homes. We are in the process of enforcement now and there will be more to come. There are infractions that have been overlooked for several years now that haven’t been enforced. Your current board cannot speak for that, but we were elected to do just that, enforce the rules. So please be cooperative and help us do the job we were elected to do. If you need a copy of the covenants*, let a board member know, and any questions regarding this, feel free to contact a board member.
