REMINDER—HOA Meeting! Is it Semiannual or Biannual?

SEMI-ANNUAL HOA MEETING         APRIL 23, 2023        2PM         CLUBHOUSE         

“Biannual and semiannual can both mean ‘twice a year.’ However, biannual can also mean ‘every two years,’ and semiannual can also mean ‘lasting for half a year’ (though this sense isn’t commonly used). The best way to be clear is to just say ‘twice a year’ or ‘every two years.'”

According to Dictionary.com

Since I hope and pray we are not going to have an HOA meeting “lasting for half a year,” I am going to assume this announcement is for the next meeting on a twice-a-year schedule. I’m sure someone will let me know if I’m wrong.
