Grace Board of Directors Bulletin

The Covenant and Guidelines Review Committee has completed the revision and reconciliation of the existing Community Wide Guidelines with the Declaration of Covenants for Grace filed with the state of Georgia.  Board director Scott Davis is to be commended for his help in organizing and assisting the members in the process.  The committee, consisting of Bobby Hawkins, Jeff Gingera, Karin Storla and Len Sanchez, has done a brilliant job in creating this revised document.  They reviewed the existing guidelines for clarity, organized the guidelines for easy reference by the homeowner and cited the state covenants on which these guidelines are based.

All homeowners will be receiving the new document in the mail from Tolley Community Management Company.  Upon receipt, you are to replace the existing Residential Standards & Guidelines and Community-Wide Landscape Guidelines you received from Windsong with this document.  The new 2023 Guidelines will also by posted on the Tolley Community Management Company website for homeowner reference.  Effective date: September 5, 2023.Covenants are legally binding and enforceable documents used to govern and regulate the community, with the goal of protecting and improving propery values and the quite enjoyment of one’s property.  The Covenants outline the rules that Grace Homeowners must adhere to.  By purchasing a home in Grace, you become a member of the Grace Homeowners Association (HOA) and agree to be bound by its covenants.
