Dear Grace Neighbors,
While we do not want to alarm anyone, we feel obligated to make you aware of an event that occurred early on Thursday morning (12/14/23).
One of our residents encountered a man hanging around our clubhouse; it appears that he may have been sleeping on the sofa at the clubhouse patio. He left the property without incident.
The sheriff was notified and later advised the resident that they had apprehended the man.
This is a good reminder to be aware of your surroundings, especially at night, when picking up your mail or walking the nature trail. Also to keep your doors locked & garage doors closed.
