Dear Grace Neighbors,
The race for President of the United States continues to heat up.
Regardless of which side you favor, or disfavor, we should remind everyone of Article 10.7 of our Covenants. It stipulates that no political signs may be erected within the community.
If any political signs were displayed here in previous elections, they were in violation of our Covenants. And, unfortunately, our Guideline which allows 1 political sign up to 2’ X 3’ is also in direct conflict with that Article. We will attend to correcting that discrepancy.
Sadly, politics and discussion thereof, is severely polarizing. People become highly defensive of their opinion and go to great lengths to argue their position.
We have no need for hot debates or neighbor-vs-neighbor in our ‘Grace’ful community. Let’s be satisfied with the signage we view in public areas outside Grace.
