Good afternoon.
You may have noticed that the pine straw crew is putting down the material in the front and rear of homes and areas around shrubs (and up to dry creek beds in smaller areas) and not in the area between homes.
Based on a decision of the Board, as a cost cutting measure, the plan at the moment is to alternate full applications with partial applications as described above due to the excessive landscaping expenses that we have incurred and will incur in the near future.
