Pat reached out to our community manager at Tolley for answers to your questions regarding arrears from Sunday’s HOA meeting.


Q: Can payments or late fee payments be made at your office?

A:  Payments cannot be made in the office.   Checks need to be mailed to our lockbox.   (make sure account number or property address is on the check)

Q: Is PayPal an option of payment? 

A: Unfortunately, PayPal and services like it are not accepted.


Q:  One homeowner tried to set up ACH previously & was told that this was not an option. Is ACH available, if so, how to set it up?

A:  ACH is definitely an option; I have attached the blank form if you’d like to share it.  They can send the completed form with a VOIDED check either to me or to [email protected]

Note: The Board has the blank ACH form. We can provide you a form if you want to change to this payment method.


Q:  Our monthly fee will increase by $20.00 as of 1/1/25.  We need to ensure that those that have ACH currently have the new amount of $240.00 debited from their accounts.

A:  ACH payments automatically adjust to the new fee that is entered into CINC.


Q: How do you determine when a payment is received?

A: Mailed payments are marked paid the day that they are received in the lockbox.
