As a result of the change to the “sending” email, the “reply” email is a long Mailchimp.com address. That will work for issues relating to the website itself. For HOA matters, send your emails to [email protected]

From time to time, someone finds the newsletter lands in their spam/junk folder. Recently, it looks like a dozen emails were blocked completely. One thing that can trigger spam filters is a batch of emails coming from a free account, like [email protected]. Some companies have been cracking down in response to some bad actors.

I am trying a solution by changing the “sender” to a paid domain. This means the emails for at least the short term will come from [email protected] or a Mailchimp placeholder. Please add this email address to your contacts as a further clue to your email client that the newsletter is not spam.

If you ever think you have missed a mailing in the future, remember you can go to www.graceinacworth.com and read the recent posts directly.
