As you know, we’re in the process of converting the HOA from Windsong to us at Grace Community.We had a list of items that windsong agreed to take care of prior to this conversion.Here’s an update of their progress:
COMPETED ITEMS:- repair of fence and Grace sign- repair of erosion on woodstock road-replacement of DEAD trees and bushes- repair of broken sidewalks- expanded entrance to clubhouse driveway- fixed crush and run path to nature trail
OUTSTANDING ITEMS:- Water in street: – there has been a GAB test completed  ( graded aggregate base which is road construction material). we are awaiting results from development/ engineering from Windsong
– Correction of crack in patio of clubhouse – a sealer was placed on crack, but it needs more work. The sealer now has holes in it. We are working with windsong to resolve this issue.
