As we continue to have a beautiful neighborhood, there are a few covenant rules that are easy to forget.  the following are common ones:

  • Only 5 combination of hanging baskets and planters on the front porch and driveway are allowed.
  • Flower pots and planters must have live, well maintained, healthy plants- no artificial plants allowed.
  • Front of house outside lighting must have clear or white bulbs only.
  • Only 1 yard ornament, statue or small fountain is permitted on front porch


Holiday decorations Thanksgiving, Christmas and Hanukkah are right around the corner! Here are covenant guidelines to help you decorate your homes:

  • Winter seasonal decorations may be displayed the Saturday prior to Thanksgiving to January 10th.
  • Wreaths can be hung on front door.
  • Blowup decorations are not allowed in front yards.
  • 1 holiday decorative item will be allowed in pinestraw area in front of homes.
