Pine straw refresh and trimming as needed

This Wednesday 02/09/22 RGS will begin deep pruning throughout the areas maintained by the HOA. All shrubs will be shaped as well as the boxwoods on the list of homes that need to be cut to 30 inches will be trimmed. RGS will start at the clubhouse and work their way around the outside homes headed towards the dog park. RGS is hoping to have about half of the community done next week and the remaining homes done the week of the 21st. The official date for pine straw is February 21st. RGS will be sending a semi-truck loaded with pine straw to Grace that morning/afternoon, the pine straw will be unloaded as quickly as possible and RGS will begin staging the bales once everything is unloaded. The hope is to have the pine straw completed by Wednesday 02/16/22.

FYI (from page 13 of the Landscape Standards):

• All shrubbery directly in front of the porch will not exceed a height of thirty inches, with consideration given to the topography of the property.
• Shrubbery located outside courtyard fences shall not exceed the top height of the fence.
