We had a great meeting and great attendance from the community.

To summarize:

  • We moved $16,000 from 2021 budget to reserves so we have a total of $66,000 in reserves. This is to ensure we have funds available for future repairs, etc.

  • Our 2022 project will be to address the wood on the trail around the pond. We will replace where needed and repaint when that is the best option.
  • –
  • The members present voted to add fish to the pond to control mosquitoes and algae.
  • –
  • There was a discussion of inflatable holiday decorations, and the group expressed a preference for not having these inflatables which along with other holiday decorations could not exceed 48”.
