The following website link will allow you to request an absentee ballot. It lets you apply by downloading a form and mailing it or filling it out online. Absentee ballots applications will be accepted starting August 29 until 11 days prior to the election.

Note: the online process requires you to print and sign the form and then scan it or take a photo to upload.

Section 12 on the absentee ballot allows you to ask that absentee ballots be automatically sent to you for the remainder of the election cycle. The election cycle is one calendar year. So you will have to make this request every year.
