We’ve received some comments regarding resident concerns on the timing of covenant review.

Hopefully, this will clarify.

1.  We’re talking about Residential standards and guidelines and community wide landscape standards.

2. Any proposed change would need to be approved based on at least a 2/3 majority ( 44 household approval) would be incorporated into a handbook which would be mailed to all residents.

3. The timing of this Does Not occur at the annual meeting.  Any suggestions would be mailed under separate cover and due at a later date.

4. A minimum of 44 paper ballots would be required to consider the changes.

5. The community would be invited to the clubhouse to witness the count of paper ballots to determine any changes.

6. The board members (old or new) only responsibility would be to publish suggestions, collect ballots and process counts. If changes are approved, the board at that time would work with Tolley to create the handbook.

7. Board members (old or new) will not alter suggestions from the community.
