New Clubhouse Rental Procedure and Fee Change
If you want to rent the Clubhouse you must contact the GRACE Clubhouse Chairperson: [email protected], to see if the clubhouse is available for the date and time you would like.
You will need to complete the following items:
• Rental form, available on the Tolley Community website, executed by signature of the homeowner
• Rules for Clubhouse use, executed by signature of homeowner
• Grace Clubhouse Cleaning Checklist, executed by signature of homeowner
• Rental Fee in the amount of $100.00
Forms and checks made payable to Grace by Windsong Homeowners Association should be mailed to Tolley Community Management, 8295 Highway 92, Woodstock, GA 30189.
NO RESERVATION WILL BE CONSIDERED FIRM UNTIL THIS COMPLETED FORM, ONE COPY OF RULES, CLEANING CHECKLIST, AND BOTH CHECKS ARE RECEIVED.
ALL forms and payment must be received a minimum of ten (10) days in advance of the requested date.
