Dear Grace Neighbors,
I overlooked an essential committee in my remarks at last Sunday’s HOA meeting. This committee functions quietly in the background, and I was remiss in not applauding the important work that it does for our community. That committee is the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Our community cannot function properly without this committee. We are fortunate to have a chair person with the background that Joe Armogida brings to Grace. And he possesses significant knowledge and understanding of our Covenants and Guidelines.
Both of these founts of knowledge are extremely useful and available to each homeowner as you contemplate home improvements. We highly recommend that you consult Joe early in the planning phase of your next project. Doing so will insure that your ACC submission is complete and will quickly be approved so you can get started. This also helps avoid costly mistakes, misunderstandings, or Covenant violations.
Joe, this Board recognizes the great job you are performing for this community. Grace is a great place to live due to the efforts of committed neighbors like you.
